Here is a lists of projects completed as of June, 2010:
Repaired the well at the primary village school
Repaired the well at the medical clinic
Drilled a new wells in the village
Provided 1,000 insecticide-treated nets
(ITN) for the elderly and the young (30%
of the under five-population die each
year from Malaria in Uganda)
Purchased 235 new books for the school
Provided solar lights for 12 villagers as a test project

Biosand Filters for testing
in the village
Provided farmers with 500 fruit trees
Provided 50 honey beehives
Sent 30 members from the village to an advanced farming facility
Created a Micro-Lending "Bank"
Projects Underway
Drilling a new well at the other Oduoro school, Totolim school is underway!
Rain water harvesting at the two schools. This project involves not only rain water harvesting, but also vocational training for village men to use an advanced brick making machine to make high quality bricks.
We have purchased the tools to make Biosand Filters. Along with the tools, the provider will train eight members of our village to make the filters. We have also purchased enough raw material to produce 300 Biosand filters.
